Refund Policy

Oh no, we’re sorry you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Well then, Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item or service purchased from Ink & Pink.

 

To exchange or refund a product please contact the shop directly within 14 days of receipt, preferably in writing. You can do this by clicking Contact Us on the shops information page or through the My Account page. Or simply pop to the shop, please ensure you have proof of purchase from Ink Pink when visiting a shop directly.

 

If you are unable to exchange your purchase and a refund is issued, your total payment will be refunded directly to the original payment debit or credit card within 30 days at the very latest. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

 

Please note; refunds to your payment debit or credit card have to be processed through the Ink Pink site and therefore cannot be immediately refunded to you in the shop. However an exchange or credit note will be issued where appropriate. Please contact the shop directly to get more details.

 

If a return is required via postage please use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with the shop. The cost of returning an item will only be refunded if an item is damaged or faulty. Goods must be returned to the seller in original packaging.
